Meet the Graham's Seeds Team

Frank, Mick & Steve

Frank Templeton
Graham’s Seeds is a company solely owned and managed by Frank and Marianne Templeton. Frank grew up in Gippsland & has a lifetime of experience in agriculture.
His childhood years were spent on the family dairy farm at Pakenham & as a teenager he helped run the family’s sheep & beef farm at Rosedale.

His love of agriculture drew him to a career as a stock agent. This saw Frank travel over vast areas of the country & be involved with a wide variety of agricultural enterprises. He built strong relationships with his clients and thrived on seeing them succeed in their farming ventures.

After Frank & Marianne were married they established their own dairy farm at Nar Nar Goon & continued dairying until the purchase of Graham’s Seeds in 2005.
Frank’s two greatest strengths are his knowledge of agriculture and his ability to relate to people – qualities that stand him in good stead as the Managing Director of Graham’s Seeds.

Steve Dunn
After attending Glenormiston Agricultural College in the mid 1970’s, Steve became a pro-active Dairy farmer in South Gippsland for 35 years. During those early years he was a member of a group that were to form the original discussion groups also known as “Grass Budgeting”, ran by the Department of Agriculture. That involvement provided the foundations to approach individual farming scenarios with an open mind, which is invaluable to form farm management skills.

Steve has a passion in the field of pasture management, animal health and nutrition and has extended his knowledge via workshops, industry associated days and on going studies. Steve welcomed the opportunity to join the team at Grahams Seeds 3 years ago.

Mick Nottage
The most recent addition to our team, Mick Nottage, joins us after 18 years of dairy farming in the Buln Buln area. After completing a dairy management course at the University of Melbourne and involvement in early Target Ten discussion groups, Mick's passion for dairy, animal genetics, nutrition and pasture grew.

Mick’s wealth of knowledge in agriculture & experience in the Warragul area will be a great asset to our customers & further enhances the depth of the Graham’s Seeds team.
