Perennial Ryegrass forms the basis of most permanent pasture systems in Victoria. Its main growing season is from autumn to late spring but growth can persist through the summer if moisture is available. If managed properly, a good perennial rye will last in excess of 8 years. An example of the perennial ryegrasses stock by Graham’s Seeds are: Banquet II, Bealey, One50, Optima, Victorian, Bolton, Alto, Extreme, Sterling & Kingston. |
